Chester Zoo - Nature Recovery Corridor
Chester Zoo are currently offering training to people connected to outdoor spaces (like bowling greens) to become Wildlife Champions.
The idea is for them to pass on the knowledge they learn from the training to others connected to their space and potentially improve their space for wildlife. You will also get support from Chester Zoo after the course where they will visit and help to develop the space for wildlife. E.g. wildflower patches, bug hotels, bird boxes, bat boxes and so on.
This is a great idea to engage with Chester Zoo and the local community and hopefully attract new members from the local community.
